15 m + 3/2 = -6 m = x ( say)
Then;
x - 15m = 3/2; m = -x/6
Or, x + 15x/6 = -3/2
Or, 7x/2 = -3/2
Or, x = -3/7, so that: m = -x/6 = -1/14.

Hence, 15 m + 3/2 = -6 m= -3/7
and, m = -1/14
