Take a younger sibling or something. That way you have an excuse. (And brownie points with your parents.)

is 13 too old to accept FREE CANDY? heck no. the problem with me is that I was too tall, so I stood out and people assumed I was too old.
hint #1: bring a child with you if possible. they'll assume you're a supportive older sibbling and pitty you, thus not being stingy on the candy
hint #2: if your friends wont go with, it's a good thing. the last thing homeowners want is a GROUP of 13 year olds at their door. 1 or 2 is a nicer number.
hint #3: wear a mask. if you look old, at least they wont see your face. that's why its good to bring someone younger. they'll just think ur taller.
i hope this helps!
good luck:)

Nope! I was 14 or 15 when I quit going trick or treating, so you've still got a couple of years.

Nope. Be true to youself! You say most of your friends think it's stupid. Well, get the ones that don't to go. You may find some of the others joining in.

Your friends are right.
You are too old for trick-or-treating. At your age you should be going to Halloween parties, and picking out sexy Halloween costumes.

not really . on a dare my daughters and their friends.invited me to go with them, when they were in 8thgrade.i dressed up as a cheerleader at 32yrs old.believe it or not i had a blast.,i enjoyed it,so did they.when word got out at school ,i became the coolest mom, around.after all i was their assistant cheerleading coach.always remember your never too old to enjoy life.if you don't life becomes mundane.samo samo. gooo fer it.
