Whaddya mean WHY???
There's nothing wrong with being barefoot. It's not immoral or illegal or dangerous or unhealthy.
It seems lately that more celebrities are showing that it's okay and normal to be barefoot. I think that is a good thing.
Celebrities are under a lot of pressure with people always watching them and no privacy and the demands of their careers in stardom, etc. Being barefoot is one of the few things that celebrities can actually control themselves and is likely an excellent way to relax a bit and keep the stress under control.
