She is totally being selfish -- remember when pregnancy happens, you are LOCKING THAT GUY into your life forever. So she won't be able to just say "Oh I have a baby now so bye bye" to the guy who is the father. He will have parental rights, and as to your question, there is no way to determine whose baby it is without a paternity test, unless one of the men is of a very obvious looking different race than the girl and the other guy, and the baby is born with whatever his defining features are.
Your friend doesn't sound like she has a very good head on her shoulders, I have to say.
