Depends where you live. Where I am, 16 is legal so you definitely would be. Elsewhere, it is 18. Some places in the world, it is 14.

Legal for what? To drive a car, yes you can. To have sex? Depending on what state you live in (If that really matters to women). To vote? no. To swim in a lake? Yes you can. To drink Alcohol? no (as if that will stop you). To shinny dip in a river in front of all your friends when it is -40%? (Get me photos) yes.

well we are legal from birth....but we get the right to exercise our freedom and rights from the age of 18 yrs.
