Any decade of your life can be the best you want them to be...you have to learn to go with the flow, be open to change and adjustment, and be open minded to new challenges. I can't stand when people miss their youth or "glory days." Every day we should think of as a "glory day"...be grateful for what you have, life is too short.

I just hit my thirties last year, so I don't have a whole lot to say about it, but just from common sense, I would say that your thirties is when you are really starting to come into your own, when a lot of people begin finding the careers that they are confident with, and possibly start buying their own homes. Since a lot are settled with good jobs, they may find that they have more money and are more respected than when they were younger. On the flip side, though, being settled can be pretty boring, especially if you start chaffing from the everyday routine and the reponsibilities that you've picked up (mortgage, kids, hefty carpayments) and you start looking back at your youth wistfully, and start looking at the future with dread because you realize that you really do get older.

So far I'd say yes, I'm in the 4th year and looking forward to the upcoming years. Twenties were fun, but left me with more questions than answers. Thirties have been real life for me.

I don't for sure, but from my parents, they still wish they were in their twenties. I'd probably too.

for me, they were good years.
Young enough to still be in great health.
Old enough to have a little more freedom( family capable of watching and taking care of self.)
Finally had enough experience to start making some good judgments.
