Not long ago, a crow and came and took away a pure white pigeon. I was deverstated. A few days later, i think the same crow took another pigeon. After one week, the crow came again and this time taking the only suriving baby made by the doves.(white pigeons)That time i had to watch the poor baby get taken away.
after about a month i bought some baby chicks.About three days later, they too, were taking away by a crow.(pretty much today)
Although it was three days, i loved them dearly, i looked after unwillinly and prepared they'er everydays meals. Getting back to the subject, i was more deverstated then deverstation itself. So please help me. What should i do to the crow(s)?

I just did a little research for you. I don't know if it will work in your situation but would be worth a try. Try hanging mirrors up near the birds . It is supposed to spook the crows and any other larger pesty birds. also if you can, Loud music is supposed to work.If you don't have real close neighbors that would be offended. Yellow trash bags act as a reflector and that might also help. Just trying to give you some suggestions. God Bless.Hope this will be of some help.

It's too late now, but why didn't you have the chicks and baby doves protected by fencing so that this "crow" couldn't get them? If it were me, I would try to kill the crow. But we have to understand that it is only the balance of nature that was being experienced. It was the nature of what a crow does and he doesn't know any better. But I can understand your feelings - but you shouldn't let it upset you to the point of desperation and dejection etc.

You have to be kidding me....you watch crows feed on baby pigeons then you go out and by them a gourmet course of baby chicks?

I guess if you can catch the crow you could prepare them like chicken, fried, broiled, or baked.

hmmm how do you know that a crow took them in the first place as for the baby if you saw it then why didn't you try and get it back....
I think that you should scare it like put an owl or something there or maybe even put pie plates that reflects light.....
I don't know.........I've never actually had that problem before

Nothing. The crows are behaving the way crows always behave. It's not a matter for your judgment.

BB Gun.

But a more humane way might be to get one of those fake owls and put them somewhere close....maybe they are scared.
