When your doctor says it's okay. You'll need to get a check up to make sure you've healed after giving birth to avoid infection no sex or insertion of any kind before then!

listen to your doctor, usually 6 weeks. you are most fertile right after giving birth. You don't want to get pregnant again after you just had a baby, it would not be good for your body.

You really need to ask your OB that question. It can vary depending on what type of birth you had and if you had trauma to your body. With mine it was 2 months after my first because I was stiched up pretty bad but with the second it was like 4 weeks. so it can vary. just dont rush it b/c you can hurt yourself.

They say that you shouldn't have sex until at least four weeks after delivery. I tried it a little before that and it hurt really really really bad! Your body needs time to heal.

After 3 or 4 months. Your partner has to cooperate with you.Suggest to him masturbation

most drs will tell you to wait at least 6weeks or longer;that to allow a women body to begin to return to normal;it takes longer than that but usually that is the least amount of time. it to easy to get pregnant again if you start too soon.

that is totally and individual thing! every woman is different. i waited about 2-3 months because my body still hadn't healed from the c-section completely and i was still bleeding...plus i waited to get on the pill.

When you feel comfortable with penetration again. Most Doctors would say 6 wks though.
