They are moving towards each at a speed of 8 m/s (5 + 3 m/s) so they would reach the same point at 150/8 = 18.75 sec

For the second part, the first bee would reach the end at 50 sec )150/3) and the second at 30 sec (150/5). During this 20 second difference the second bee would have turned around travelled 100 m (5*20) putting them 50 m apart. They would meet at 6.25 sec later. Therefore they meet 37.5 seconds (50s + 6.25s - 18.75 s) after the first meeting.

Given: speed of 1st bee = 3 meters per second; speed of 2nd bee = 5 meters per second; total distance between two locations = 150 meters.
If x1 is the time that has elapsed before they meet for the first time, then distance covered by 1st bee = 3x1; and distance covered by 2nd bee = 5x1. 3x1 + 5x1 = 150; 8x1 =150; x1 =150/8 or 18.75 seconds.

If x2 is the time that has elapsed before they meet for the second time, then distance covered by 1st bee = 3x2; and distance covered by 2nd fee = 5x2. 3x2 +5x2 =150(2); 8x2 =300 ; x2 = 300/8 or 37.5 seconds.

Notes: We multiply 150 by 2 because they will meet on the 2nd lap. In x1, the no. 1 is supposed to be a subscript; in x2 the no. 2 is likewise a subscript.
