no we are not.
Is a child separate from mother. Physically Yes but can you imagine a child can live without its mother.
No.
Why?
Because outwardly they are different but from inside they are one.
Likewise we are one with God but it's just we are not able to see or feel or recognize the bond.

We and all the nature are manifestations of god. God creates and resides in its every atom. he is also the universe and also the void.it is not possible to know god by human intelligence because it is the creation of god. Think of a computer brain.it can reproduce what has been fed into it. Yet it can work. we are like that for god. We just reproduce what he has put in each of us and also work like in dependant beings. just like any other electrical or mechanical thing this human form also degenerates with passage of time and its faculties keep failing one by one. time and again it is taken to the shop(hospital) for repairs but a day comes when it can be repaired no more.Mean while new improved versions keep coming to replace the old ones.so the cycle goes on.

Yes and no. Depending on the mythology involved, gods need worshipers to feel valued and we need gods to serve as inspiration.
As for nature, we are not separate from nature. We are just as much a part of the life cycle as anything else, with only bacteria having a wider role and greater impact.

Yes and no. It is a figurative thing.
Consider what is described in Job (34:14-15) "If He [God] should gather to Himself His Spirit and His breath, All flesh would perish together, and man would return to dust." Which also goes with 33:4, "The Spirit of God has made me, and the breath of the Almighty gives me life." Compare that to the creation of man "And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being." Then too the book also speaks of times when people blew it and the prophet presents "your sins have separated you." Jesus, himself, when on the cross and took upon him "the sins of the world" had to cry out "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" Still, as Paul described using a Greek poet's words, "in Him we live and move and have our being" (Acts 17:28).

no
god and nature are one
god is infinite so has to include absolutely everything
god is existence [I AM] so has to include everything existing
a god that excludes anything is necessarily finite, ie ending, ie limited, ie not god - if there is anything outside god, god is ending so the other can begin - if there is anything outside god, god has a limit a boundary
but most christians have no trouble being selfcontradictory - they never think at all - they are actually worshipping an idol, breaking the first commandment, because they worship a god that has something outside it, ie is finite, is an idol, is not the true infinite god = existence = life = everything = I AM [ie, his nature is existence]
people who make god to be good worship a limited finite idolatrous god, because an only-good god is not everything, is not unlimited - and it separates man and god, which is the opposite of the purpose of religion, which is to show the identity of god and man

Pre-historic societies benefited from the a belief in god and the supernatural, so much so that it has become a natural part of human existence. obsolete genes favoring the adoration of gods do not disappear overnight.
The persistent presence of religious belief systems within modern society restrains rational thought processes. Religion is the essence of irrationality and is a poor substitute for factual, scientific knowledge.
Science and rationality, based on knowledge and logic, has evolved as the only reliable method for achieving desired results. Scientists do not pray when a rocket takes off for outer space, they utilize technology and rely on hard science. Life expectancy has double with medical science in the last 200 years, getting away from prayer, medicine men and faith healers.
Your question implies that god exists, what does it mean when we say something exists,....that is has form, As far as human beings are concerned, nothing exists unless it manifests itself in some form, shape or manner to man or to his extended sensory perceptions.
If something is claimed to exist but does not impinge on man in any way whatsoever, we can safely say that it does not exist as far as human existence is concerned. This purported mirage may still exist somewhere in the universe or another universe. However, since this alleged object or event does not manifest itself to us, it does not affect us in any way whatsoever and we must simply state that it does not exist as far as human beings are concerned.
Only persons, who do not utilize logic, will accept as true statements that are completely unsupported by factual evidence. Yet, this form of irrationality and lack of fundamental logic is the foundation of all religions.

depends on your definitions and your perspective
to the Gnostics....we have a spark of the godhead within all of us
but the physicality of existence separates us while we live
to the Aristotelian philosophers....yes, absolutely so
to the Platonic philosophers.... we share in an aspect of the godhead, but are separate and distinct from it
to Jewish, Christian, and Islamic beliefs.....originally, yes, we are separate from the godhead, completely .
this was later amended to the belief that , through faith and works, ritual and rite, sacrifice ..it is possible to attain an understanding of the godhead while living..or attain a sharing of the godhead...or a lessening of the separation...
to the "naturalistic" belief systems...we are the godhead, we share the godhead existence, all of reality is the godhead, the energy of existence is the godhead...variations on a theme
to the Buddhist....separate but approachable...attainable...but not to the godhead...to an extension of the godhead, the godhead is within each of us but takes a rigorous, controlled life to free from the physical
to the Hindu........
to the Shinto......
to the Animalistic.....
to the shamanistic....
the list goes on and on....you can find a belief system that maintains almost any view along the spectrum ...

We are his children
Meaning we are separate if we weren't seperate that may cause problems...
but any ways from nature?
we are part of nature....just a more signifigant part of nature
also meaning if we destroy the environment we are destroying part of ourselves.

No. God is everywhere. As per Saiva Sidhaantha, the whole universe is divided as two parts, namely outer space (ANDAM) and the inner self (PINDAM). These two are one and the same and represents GOD. God is everywhere in every form. He is there in everything and in nothing also. He is everything and Nothing. All nature is part of God and we being part of nature, are also part of GOD.

God the manifest and God the unmanifest.
We all are each other. All is God and all belongs to God.
Quantum Physicists and Old Yogis (and yoginis-female yogis) know this.

our understanding of god is very limited.
God is not like us humans - seperated from the environment.
God is all that we know and in each that we percieve.
Everywhere and in each atom.
he is not energy or matter does not take space and has no charge.
He is GOD.
Have Faith will do.
