Have you reported him to e-bay?
If the size was not as described as listed, you could get him on that.
I had that problem, with a dress as advertised as 18-20, but it came size 10-12. I latter found wholesale site and found out size 18-20 doesn't exist and that other buyers had same issue. Seller offered to refund me if I returned item first, but not cost of postage either way. I ended up keeping it and giving it to someone else.

Good luck.

You can't. Unless the seller misrepresented the siz you are responsible for te purchase. Did you make sure it was the right size before you bought it? Its not like a department store, you can't return something. If the seller left you exactly what he was selling and represented it factually and to the best of his knowledge you need to leave him positive feedback and deal with the fact you bought the wrong shirt.

Probably nothing. If it is stated in the terms of his auction, it is okay for him not to give a refund. Was the size stated in the auction? I don't know what the circumstances were, but I don't think he is liable. Ebay is wonderful, but you need to be careful. I personally would not return your money. (Sorry, maybe not what you wanted to hear)

Just turn around and sell it back on ebay, assuming the sizing was right and just didn't fit you.

Go back and read the disclaimer, if it has it on the listing then there is nothing you can do. Maybe a neg. feed back will hit him worse. But he can leave you one back as well
