Many Jews look European because Jewish people have lived in Europe for centuries and inevitably mixed with white Europeans. If you see Arab Jews, they do not look European, but look Arabic. Jews are originally Semitic people and would have looked Arabic 2,000 years ago.

The Bible says Sarah,Abraham's wife was blonde and beautiful,and David was fair and ruddy (means red headed)so not until the Turks and all the other Muslims moved into Israel did it get a bit darker not much but some,by then most of the Jews were scattered all over the world and I'm sure some European got in there.

A Jew is NOT a race Many Jews you ask why are they Jewish will say it has nothing to do with race. A Jew is call a jew because their religion is Judaism or parents religion was Judaism, mainly the mom.
Many are desendants of the seed of Japhet the white race. From Ashkenaz and khazars.
