I wondered the same thing. How am I supposed to use tea bags? Do I just get them wet on my eyes, or the water is supposed to be hot?

i use this avon stuff to do that, but you have to keep using it constantly and it costs like $10 for a little tube. it works when i use it but recently i haven't cuz i'm lazy.
try the tea bags. sounds like a good idea. and putting silverware spoons in the freezer and putting them on your eyes.
but i think thats for puffyness.
oh well kill two birds with one stone

cyanne is right that cream will work u can also use it on your stomach then wrap it is saran wrap and u will have a quick tighter stomach it does work great under the eyes also
