Until Thursday, drink lots of fluids (be sure to shed lots of fluids, don't overhydrate), and on thursday do the hardest workout you can handle. Like whatever it is, sweat as if you were trying to fill an ocean. You're just about gauranteed to be slightly dehydrated no matter how much you put back into your system you'll be well within the safe range of concentration, and will have flushed through a maximum amount of water through your system

Sweetie, there is no way. That's why they have drug tests. If it were easy to fake it, there would be no point.
Your only hope is to drink lots of water (don't overhydrate - too much water can kill you...really!) and hope that the drugs are dilute enough so they won't show up on the test. That's a long shot, because they usually test to see how dilute your urine is, and if it's too dilute, you will automatically fail the test.
You can always purchase a home drug test and see if it shows up (just an idea).
