Computer Screen Freaking Out!?

My friend has a dell computer and has been having problems with the screen, whenever he brings something up on the screen and tries to scroll, it just keep scrolling kind of like the old tv sets use to do, it the problem in mouse or what?

Go to your display properties and adjust the hertz to a higher frequency. Might stop the flickering.

Its under Advanced Settings
Tab over to monitor and change the screen refresh rate.
Mine is set on 75Hertz

wat sort of monitor are u using??
try to get a LCD monitor
