I find this so repulsive on so many levels. ewww. and believe it or not there IS a place doing this...
In 2002 the Netherlands Institute for Innovative Ocular Surgery developed a cosmetic extraocular implant (CEI) that can be implanted within the superficial, interpalpebral conjunctiva. The implant does not interfere with the ocular functions, ie the visual performance and motility. The CEI is made of a specially designed material that can be molded in all kinds of desired shapes and sizes.

...Okay. And why would you want to do this? Your eyes are bound to be irritated all the time and I'm sure you could rupture something if you kept rubbing your eyes while that's in. Not to mention people would be constantly saying, "Hey you have something in your eye" and then you'd have to explain, "Well I wanted to give my eyes some sparkle". And they would probably look at you strangely...

YES IT IS DISGUSTING! PLEASE DO NOT DESTROY YOUR EYES WITH THAT! IT IS BOUND TO CONSTANTLY IRRITATE YOUR EYE TOO! IT MIGHT EVEN GET INFECTED OR RUPTURE YOUR EYE!
