Yes, I believe that to be a very large part of it. that and some people just couldn't have a good time if it came up and hit them in the back of the head.

It's the anonymity of the Internet. If they were face to face, they'd either be too ahsamed to say such mean things or too cowardly. But knowing that they can get away with hurting a stranger gives a thrill to some types -- usually people who feel small and inadequate in their real lives, maybe even picked on. It's a shame.

Some of them do intentionally go out of their way to hurt others, and there are those who may not realize that they are doing it. They ask and answer questions, never realizing that the...aura is the only word I can think of to describe it, they give off is offensive. They have a slant on life that is negative, and all we can do is continue to have fun, and hope they see the light.

Maybe some of the people are trying to be funny. I don't know, I think it is very silly to be rude to one another. Maybe if we would all lighten up a little and try to get along. This is just my opinion and like everyone else on here we all have option's. Why can't we just get along. Sounds pretty simple to me.

The best one can do is say is this a positive statement, will it get anywhere, can I offer some help for something I don't quite understand?
If none of these can be answered well then they weren't meant to be!

It's a mad mad world when people have to hurt other people on line (or anywhere for that matter) So sad that they have to make themselves feel better at the expense of another. What a sick life that has to be!

Absolutely, there are some people who feed their happiness of the misery of others. Sad, they'll never find happiness through making others feel small.

I think this is a way for people to purge their hate in a passive way. It allows them to feel in control of a small part of their life. At least that's what they'd say in therapy, right?

It's just not here it's like this in real life. That's why you have to learn to ignore people and never let anyone know they get too ya.
