prison in Salinas,soledad .........i need the prison Parole Board address?

please help me find it! my grandpa is up for parole soon.....salinas,soledad.....i wrote a letter on his behalf and i don't know where to send it?? to the parole board?? but what's the address?????? please im begging you,help me find it! : [ he was in folsom in cali for year until they moved him to soledad!

The addresses Shirley gave are correct, but they are for inmate mail, not prison business.. a letter sent to one of those addresses would reach the right department, but it would take several extra days.
If he's at CTF, the address for prison business is
