beleave it or not it is possible to inpregnate a man it has just not happened yet

the man would have to been on female hormones to repersent a female who it pregnat

on the out side of a man and womens bowel they can impant a fertalized egg into a red blood cell and it will grow simular to a whom

but it would have to be cut out as there is no exit for it to do so

so when a trans gender has had thier bits reshuffeled it could be possible

this has not been able to be done as yet as the scientist have been unable to maintain the growth of the fetus past a week as the body has been rejecting it

another group of scientist have been trying to transplant a female whom into a trannsexual but have had no luck there either
but one day it would be possible it may take a long time

Ummmm.........NO... but if it does happen im sure the Star or the National enquirer will be telling us all about it..
but seriously the only thing that changes with a sex change is that if you are born a boy they take your penis and turn it inside to make a vagina but dont give you a uterus and overies to make babies with.. and if you are a girl they take your vagina and turn it outside to make a penis and take away your uterus and overies so you cant have babies anymore.. so once again .. UMMM ... NO... but we will all be watching the Star.. and the National enquirer.. just to make sure...

No, most of them don't even get a uterus. Even if they did, they need the natural hormones that a women's body produces to help the baby and the mother develop during pregnancy.
