Depending on how much you can afford, $25 is nice. If you have a little extra $50 should be enough for an 11 year old.

Abercrombie is an expensive store a shirt cost 22- 35 dollars or more. I would say 50.00. But if she is your best friend she will appreciate what ever you give her.
