The same as CO. Triple bond between the two elements, one lone pair on each element. Positive charge is on the oxygen.

Only 10 electrons total, not 11. Guy below me forgot to subtract off the one electron for the positive charge.

indeed, its a triple bond between N & O with 1 lone pair for N and 3 dots on O leaving it with the positive charge
