I don't fully understand what you are asking? Lesbian is something of the female nature, If you wish to be a lesbian, than become a transsexual. But then you will be into women, which typically men are anyways, so why waste your time?

A lesbian is a female who is attracted to another female. Unless you like transgendered you can be a lesbian. Any way's I don't know any name for men who are attracted to men, except for insulting names. But I prefer to call women who like other women lesbians, and men who like other men gay. Now in my vocabulary or shall I say dictionary, gay means a man who is attracted to another man.

No, because a lesbian is not something to BE, it's a label for something that IS. Lesbians are two women who sexually attracted to each other...but the attraction came first, followed by the label of "Lesbian"
