Everybody knows the ones that made it into the song, as indicated by the other answers, but Mr. McDonald had a few others which have been kept secret either due to their endangered status (He wa heavy into the black market animals) and a few that didn't make much noise, like his Basenji dog breeding operation. Bansenjis don't bark as I'm sure you are aware, so it would have been pointless to put them in the song. He also had an extensive collection of spiders in his barn.
