From your browser, click the "view" at the top, then click on text size. If that don't work, you should be able to change it in "accessability Options" out of the control panel.

He could have done a couple of things. First try changing the settings on your Internet Browser; go to View and Text Size then choose a larger size when in Internet Explorer.
If that's not it, he may have changed the settings on Windows, this would be the case if the text is smaller even when not on the Internet. To fix this problem, Right click on the desk top and choose Properties, then click on the settings tab in the display properties dialog box. Then move your screen resolution bar to the right to make the text larger.
Hope this helps. :-)

The easiest way to make ALL the text on your computer larger is to REDUCE the resolution setting of your monitor.
This is also the ONLY method that will work with (almost) all your software.
The only software where this method will not work would be any program which overrides the resolution configured on your system - fortunately the few programs that do this are almost all going to be forcing the monitor into a lower-than-usual resolution anyway (typically these are poorly written games which force the monitor into 640x480 because the programmers didn't want to be bothered writing code to handle different resolutions).

If you are using Internet Explorer then click on the tab that says view at the top near the left. Go down to text size and the pick the size you want (usually medium is about right).
