I thought it was just white that was a no-no, and I don't even know anyone who follows that rule any more.

These days you can wear whatever you want after Labor Day. Mandatory seasonal colors went the way of ladies wearing hats and gloves to church.

Yes, you can wear pretty much whatever you want. That kind of "no white after labor day" crap it out of vogue now.

I didnt kno there was a linen rule.....but if you wear them right and the weather permits. why not
