I am an extreme metal vocalist/guitarist and I have absolute pitch. Will using tunings lower than standard A440 make a person's ear hear notes too dull or flat?

My guess is that you'll just hear 'em as lower notes. Kinda like what transposing instruments like clarinet or trumpet do.

Many cultures use what are called "microtones" which are notes in between the notes on a piano. AFAIK this isn't a big deal for ppl with perfect/absolute pitch.

not at all. you can't really get stuck in a key (so to speak) and it will make you a much more versatile guitarist.
ROCK ON!!!
