bad things kept happening today..............why..............? (my friend says i have bad Karma)

You need to read the book: "When Bad Things Happen to Good People." It has nothing to do with Karma.

I can't help but notice how all the answers you've gotten so far are so God damn clever ...
Anyway, it sounds like you're just having one of those days. I think we need the bad times to counter the good times and also to make the good times seem better, for if there were no bad times, then the good times wouldn't be half as good.

When you wish upon a falling star, your dreams can come true. Unless it's really a meteorite hurtling to the Earth which will destroy all life. Then you're pretty much hosed no matter what you wish for. Unless it's death by meteor.
