could we get in trouble if anything physical happened... Im only 2 years older than her but im also over 18, and she's under it... nothings happened yet but i just wanna be clear on things in case anything does

I dont' think so. Depending on what state you are in. My first boyfriend was 16 and I was 18. We dated and did sexual things ever since he was 16. I don't think the police will be knocking on your door anyday soon. No one really cares, nor can they prove anything if something does happen. Besides, I don't think it is illegal unless there is a 4 or more year gap inbetween you too. I mean think about it, if you were 18 and she was 17 3/4 do you think they would put you in jail?

What state do you live in? Usually the consenting age is 16... everyone back in the day was scared it was 18... but check your laws if should be 16. Just both be ready for it :)

Keep it in your pocket! Yes you could get in trouble. Not likley but her parents could press charges. Or worse make you two get married. She is still a minor. Find you someone your age.

She won't get into trouble. You might. It depends on who cares and what state you live in. Different states have different laws. And SHE could always turn you in to the police. Women do that if they are mad, especially if you dump them or cheat on them.
