I know of 2. Blue Ball, Scott County, Arkansas and Blue Ball, Yell County Arkansas. (yes, I am from Arkansas) Some other interesting town names in Arkansas would be Evening Shade, Bugscuffle, Toadsuck, and my favorite, Point Peter. (I kid you not)
