Ohhhhh yes! It was brilliant in the begginnig but lost it's way after a while..when the horse Jimmitaka( i think the girl dat played him was cute) used to ride started talkin'..... Pigsy was always falling in love with demons, sandy must have been dropped in a vat of valium when he was a sprat( only monkey could wind him up) and Monkey was...... well Monkey, picking fights, rescuing damsels who weren't in distress and flying around on clouds,(as a kid, i always wanted a staff that could grow or shrink when you wanted it to & who didn't want their own cloud as a runabout?!?).

"In the worlds before Monkey, primal chaos reigned. Heaven sought order, but the Phoenix can fly only when its feathers are grown ..."
I remember the series well. And C4 recently showed every single episode, late at night, including the episodes that never got shown on the BBC. They even had to dub these episodes for the first time, so the survivors of the original cast went back to the original sound studio to do the voices, with Burt Kwouk replacing the original narrator.
The voice actor who voiced Pigsy in the UK version sadly died not long after completing these last few episodes. I'm sorry.
Currently, episodes have been shown by the digital station ITV4, in no particular order, along with The Water Margin.
