after i changed my hard drive i lost any kind of sound,and my UBS device can't start

in the hardware device manager. there should be some driver for sound card. just need to enable it.
of course. you need to plug in your sound card first. Also to install the driver. but usually you install the driver, the sound card will be enabled.

reinstall your mother board and sound card drivers if you have the disks. that will solve your problem.

if that doesnt help try downloading the newest driver from their corresponding website.

if that doesnt work, try installing your sound card on another mother board. If the sound card works on that board then the problem is your old m board.

if that doesnt work try installing a different sound card on your old board if that works you have to replace your sound card.

if it doesnt work try buying a new sound card. also be sure to test a sound card on your old m board too and install the corresponding drivers.

You neet to go to manufacture site of your computer...Look for Support ///drivers downloads.
