It is not appropriate, but don't let it bother you. Delete it and report if you like, but if you report, you might end up with more. If you really want to get even, notify local police, after all, it could be interpreted as a terrorist threat toward you.

I get nasty emails all the time. I just delete them and go on. I know it takes less intelligence to insult someone than it does to ignore it. I think people are just going to be ignorant. There are a lot of children that use this site and on here they get to be as rude as they want. It's inappropriate for people to treat others in that manner but they'll do what they want. Just ignore it. ^.~

No, that is not appropriate. In my opinion, if one cannot handle the answers, one should not pose the question. Once one poses a question, they should be ready to receive any and all types of answers.
