I have the susteen data pilot & an LG VX 5200 phone, I cannot get an internet connection! it dials but comes back saying "remote computer not responding" susteens tech support has been so un helpful I was hoping someone may know the answer

"Remote Computer Not Responding" means the computer or server which lets your phone go to the internet is denying. So it may means that you have to pay for that service or setup online profile or configuration on your mobile device.
