a scarce good is one for which the supply is finite. thus, just about anything you can think of is a scarce good. not all, but damn near.

Goods can be classified- I would say clean drinking water is scarce in a lot of parts.

Some of the old Ferraris and Vintage Vehicles. No one makes those types of models of cars anymore. So they're in short supply.

Fine Wines that are decades or centuries old are in limited supply because you can't make them anymore so due to their rarity, they'd be scarce.

what would immedietly come to mind would be oil, diamonds, and other precious stones. There are lots of things which are scarce goods.
