I have tried Linksys & Dlink. Both have had connectivity issues where they keep dropping internet connectivity and I have to power cycle to regain connection. Also, I have had to set to static IP's on all machines connecting to the router else connectivity is unstable. Also, have had poor customer service experience with both vendors especially Dlink. I am looking for a reliable plug-and-play wireless router for home use with minimal issues.

if you have conectivity issues, you might want to check for interference...Linksys and Dlink are very good, reputable router. You shouldn't automatically think it's the brand of router. I have a Linksys and the customer service was pretty good.

US Robotics makes a very good wireless router. I use them here as wireless bridges. Model number 5461. These units also have a usb print server that plays well with Mac and linux.

I recommend anything netgear. That is what my current wireless router and wireless cards are. I never lose connection and I can even work out in the yard when my kids are playing.
