Ok, first off I know this is gross so please keep negitive comments to yourself. That being said; I get boil like bumps between my thighs. Some are small and others are huge. Some can get to be the size of a large marble under the skin. In the past I have had to use a clean needle and drain the fluid out so that it will go away. When I drain the fluid, it is a mixture of puss and blood. I get them sometimes on my panty line and it hurts like a mother. Most of them get on the inside of my thighs. Why do I get these? What can I do to get them to stop coming back?

Ingrown hairs perhaps? I know I'm a guy and all but the same thing happens to me, just not in my panty line for the obvious reason. But I DO get the on the front of my legs and between my thighs also. Are you wearing clothing that moves tightly across those areas? That was the cause of my problems. I stopped wearing the denim I had been wearing and switched over to light slacks and the problem went away. Of course, I have a physical labor job outside in the heat so that compounded the problem,,

My husband gets these. ( I am assuming that you do not have any STD in which case these are analogous).

The doctor said they are yeast, like a baby's diaper rash. Your body does not like heat and tightly enclosed spaces.

If you are shaving that area, be sure they are not in-grown hairs. Also keep the area as clean and as dry as possible. If you have thick thighs, powder frequently and wear loose fitting clothing.

I know tight fitting pants are en vogue but if it's breaking you out, broom skirts are also en vogue and less likely to irritate your thighs.

I would have your doctor examine and perhaps see a dermatologist to ensure that it is nothing more dangerous than what I described and perhaps have an ointment prescribed to help alleviate the bumps.

im no doctor, but ive heard similar experiences from ingrown hairs if you happen to shave this particular area. also, i used to have similar boils in my thigh area when i was going through puberty and working out alot and the dermatologist said it was nothing abnormal, just something that people can sometimes get. i would think that the cause of this might be sweating if you're active, or shaving that area. best bet is to see a dermatologist though.

actually I had this problem, my doctor told me that it was either a cause of my period or jusst a bad reaction to the type of underwear and lotion that my skin was rejecting it. try wearing 100% cotton panties for a while and/or change your lotion from those sweet fragrance chemicals to a nice cocoa butter or Jergins lotion. Those tips helped me out a lot.

and if theres anything else that your putting down there chemically, then stop.
I had to stop using oil lubricant for a while until I found the right one, without too manny harsh chemicals in it...

This could be number of things. Hopefully you did not fool around with some man whore that gave you some sh--. But. That being said. I believe you may be allergic to the fabric of some of you're under garments. Latex. nylons, and some pantie hoses can cause a severe allergic reaction to you're skin.

First of all: if you are overwieght it might be because ur thighs might rub together, if you are a thin person it might be acne too, ppl have the belief that you only get it in ur face but no. Go to a dermatologist.

i never heard of that condition before, but it doesn't gross me out so don't worry, no negative thoughts... try to see if you can make an appointment with a doctor. but for now, maybe you can find your condition at familydoctor.org, and go to skin problems. i seen something there that i think kinda similar to your problem. goodluck.
