A copyright amounts to saying that the book is copyright. If you like, you can submit a copy to the copyright office. The answer to the rest depends on the number of copies you want to print and the type of binding. You can go from photocopies to print runs and from staples to leather.

Anything published is automatically copyright still, I believe. Cost of printing etc depends on quality, format, quotations. Distribution and sale is the real problem!
