1) Please please please do NOT call 9-1-1 and ask for any number, when people used to do this to ask for the non-emergency police number, I would say that 4-1-1 is information not 9-1-1 and then hang up on them before tehy could say anything.
2) I so wish I could upload/post the .wav file I have. Imagine the telphone company's recorded female voice saying..
"boop, beep, BEEP. I'm sorry the number you have reached: 9..1..1 has been changed to a non-published number."
Yeah, we soooo wanted to play that one on the phone quite a few times.
3) If you cannot remember the number for 9-1-1, you probably shouldn't be calling it anyway.
