It appeared to sever miles wide and sever miles long. It was really hard to tell from the planes window. There were many,many various sized buildings, all white, (I assume from the salt), there were what appeared to be streets and alleys, and channels that looked like either used for fresh water or waste .This was in 1983, in the fall of the year. I has asked many people through the years and no one has seedn or heard of what we saw. No, we had not had anything to drink.

It would help to know where "about two hours this side of" is. There are cities that have been flooded and abandoned, and there are ancient ruins still visible in places through the water. But identifying what you're talking about requires at least a clue or two!

Where was this underwater city? Haven't heard of anything like you describe, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Can you be a little more specific about where it was?
Sometimes, when the air and water conditions are just right, you can see mirages on the water, just as you can on the desert. Might this have been what you saw?

I am not a Doctor but I think you have enough of what every you were on drugs were good back then but never seen city's under the water is this your first ,have you seen one after that date if so you might need to get help.
