I thank God for the food. I ask Him to bless it to my/our bodies. I am not going to say what anyone else should do or not do though. If you don't pray, fine. Alot of folks don't.

Yes, I pray over my food. I don't always pray over it before I eat. Sometimes I pray over it when I am in the store or when I am cooking it.

When I lived with my parents I was forced to. Now I don't have to and I refuse to go back to that.
