I only have the guitar neck, and I want to know if I can do anything with it creatively, sort of like a dual purpose or something.

okay i say again i only have the NECK part of the guitar now, as in the fret board and tuning pegs only, the bottom is completely GONE, does anyone know what i can do with it?

I think that would make an awesome piece of art!
you could get one of those frames that are a couple inches deep, lay down a bold colored mat like red maybe, then overlay that with sheet music, and glue the guitar neck to it.
curl the strings and throw in a couple bits of broken guitar...
then call it something and display it on the wall.

IF you get a hand held massager and duct tape it to the neck you can do a mean air guitar with a medicinal affect on you CARPLE TUNNEL SYNDROME..........aaaarrghghghghgh..aargghhhghgh

You could try to find a music teacher and ask for suggestions as to what you can do with it.
