showing an xml file in any browser would be quite boring.

if you style it with xsl, it can be as beautiful as any 'html' page.

If an XML document is well formed then it will display as a tree that you can expand and collapse by default.

If there is an XSLT applied, then it should render properly as well as the XSL and XML are both well formed.

If you are trying to do something else with the XML you will need to be more specific.
