Yes because you cook it. This is the way to kill E-coli. The fresh spinach was used uncooked in salads.

Yes. I think they've removed all the tainted spinach from the selves so I think it's fine.

Any spinach is safe if it`s cooked..... If you cook it, it kills the bacteria that was found in it......
