Kirsten Dunst is more of a down-to-earth type gal. On screen she looks like the girl next door, which is one of the reasons why she got the role as 'Mary Jane Watson' in the Spider-Man movie in the first place. She's the type of person that people could identify with among other celebs. This is what sexy about her as person.
Kirsten also gets bonus points for not selling any products for money.

Dunst, because she looks normal. Diaz doesn't.
Diaz looks like a model, and that's not a compliment. Women who are scrawny with flat asses are ugly.
