I think its nice that D.M.X is raping about jesus. But it might be a little hipicritical don't you think. Do you guys remember what he used to rap about.Tell me what you think about that.

True, DMX has never really rapped about Jesus or other christian topics, but he's ALWAYS expressed his faith. Look at every album he's put out; there's a prayer track on every one. Maybe he's letting it out in a song to test the waters.

Questions about Jesus, or Questions designed to convert or recruit people to Jesus (or even away from Jesus for that matter)are simply a waste of time. Ditto for being "saved" or trying to clarify minute points of scripture when there are so many different interpretations and editions of text. People have already decided for the most part if they believe in the fiction written in the bible. People who feel God talks to them have psychological problems because hearing voices is a psychological illness. All the major world religions have issues like this.

I don't think it's hypocritical. Keep in mind that we learn as we grow older. He might have realized the reason he is here and why he has that talent. I think it's awesome that he is rapping about Jesus. Atleast he's not afraid to say so.

I think that he has found God and become more spiritual. I was watching him on an interview and he expressed that. I think that it is good too. I downloaded his new song "Lord Give Me a Sign"
And my bf laughed out loud, he said "What the HELL is that?!"
I said, "That's DMX?" He said, "Okay." I said to him, "I thought that you liked DMX." He said, "Why is he rapping about Jesus for, what's going on?!" LMAO!!!!!! : ) I think my bf thought it was kinda cheese song but I kinda like it, the tune grabbed me and the beat is pretty catchy.
