They most certainly can. They have dress codes in effect for a reason. I don't agree with dress codes myself, but I know how you feel as I work in an office. They've almost sent me home a few times.

Fist off its cool you have good esteem but dont let it get your head-- hun! save the real sexy stuff for after school.. whats the point in school, when there gonna b**ch about it.. so look nice, where something that compliments u and not attract unwanted energy cause u know their are haters out there.. have fun gurl ya only live once and nobody can take your happiness or reuin it unless u let them..

YES THEY CAN, BUT IF YOU GET TOGETHER WITH FRIENDS, START A PROTEST ABOUT THE DRESS CODE.
