make sure the e brake is not on although its hard to get off if it was on
there is a "gear looking thing" below the wheel cylinder( which is the part at the top that is about 3 inches long and has two black rubber peices on both ends)
the "gear" will adjust the brake shoes in or out you will have to pull back the metal clip that rests up against it for you to screw it in...
the clip keeps it from releasing tension so what ever way it wont let you go....pry back the retainer with a screw driver(standard) and then move the adjuster that way.... when you get the drum back on i would suggest taking it to a shop to have them properly adjusted.... dont let them charge you more that a half hour labor to clean and adjust your brakes... there are no parts required to adjust them so also make sure that you just get charged labor you are looking at no more than 50 bux

dont cut or adjust any thing just use a pry bar and compress the brake down it will not give too much resistance but there will be some it will be hard but slow and its only going to move a little bit then you kind of want to hurry and put the drum on. then when you press the brake after it is all back together it will self adjust and then the tire should spin freely

Ok first do you have the emergency break on?
It will prevent the drum from going back on
Also if you pryed the drum off, you will have to make the break smaller. to do this, turn the small adjuster on the bottom of the break it will mank the break smaller and the drum will go back on

if it is seized on tight..snip the hardware from the back..then you can slip the drum all the way off..you will need to replace it..but it lets you see inside the drum ..
