leave the refridgerator and freezer door wide open.
hairdryer
ac with windows open
washer/ dryer
electric oven with the door open (will heat air for fridge and overtax that MF)
vacum clearer
curling iron /curler set (more than one in house?)
fans
run all TVs and VCRs and DVDs at the same time
those are the big draws, but turn on all the little things like radios, heat lamp in bathroom, jacuzzi, hot tub, also set your PCs to keep running error checks.
I have heard of pro made gizmos that you plug into the outlet and they really spin the meter... but dont just stick a resistor or anything else in the socket unless you want to burn the house down, that resistor will put off a LOT of heat (that electricity has to go somewhere) and unless it is released properly you will have trouble.
If you do the stove, fridge, hair dryer, curlers, etc make sure that you watch them CLOSELY. As in you should be able to take a step or two and see each of those items. They will put out a lot of heat and aren't made to be operated in this manner, or alone at all, and will need CLOSE SUPERVISION. You dont want to burn the house down.
All the rest, washer dryer lights radio tv etc should be ok.
Search for dirty tricks or CIA dirty tricks , look for paladin press, on the internet.
There are other ideas that you can get off the net that will look more random than this and he really wont understand what is happening.
Are you the only kid/only kid that isn't his in the house? Then he will know instantly that you are to blame for any of this type of activity.

You are young in spirit, and life influence has taught you that evil can defeat evil. This seems to be the general mindset of the majority of the world, unfortunately, so I'm not condemning you for intending to cause harm, hate, pain and evil. I can only ask you to see the truth:
EVIL BEGETS EVIL. fighting will only make your enemy better at being your enemy.
Solution: Ask yourself:
WHAT WOULD LOVE DO NOW?
Result: communication:
A union between you and your enemy, where all involved benefit.
Last resort: If, by some twisted methology, you are following this wisdom and still want to increase your electricity bill safely, I have two words for you:
SUPERCHARGED ELECTROMAGNET
This device will use several times more electricity than all the appliances in the average home COMBINED if used properly. You will need to use extension cords to connect all the power sources in the home to this 1 device, charging it to unnatural levels. Place it on a small plate of steel which is on normal dirt. Face it toward the ground. NOT INSIDE THE HOUSE. wear lots of rubber on your hands and feet and don't wear anything metal on your body. ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING AT ALL!!!! charge it SLOWLY, and prepare an emergency shut off switch incase something goes wrong. If the master fuse blows from all the power you are using, consider the magnet EXTREMELY DANGEROUS even after it is off. It's purpose is to attract metal to it (of it to the metal), in the direction it is facing, and at this kind of power it will send a jet aircraft off course or even crash it if it flew overhead with the magnet facing up and fully charged.
TAKE CARE! PAY ATTENTION!!!!!!!

I would suggest doing everything you can to help get the light bill down. After all, what greater satisfaction can you have than to prove how easy it is to meet his demands. The more you resist, the more miserable you will be. Trust me, Im the stepdad and I dont give up because I am the adult and you are the child and you will learn respect now or learn it the hard way on your own.

This is silly. You run the risk plugging all these appliances of overload or an electrical fire.
How about talking to your step dad. Try being nice to him. Maybe the extra money you want him to spend would be given to you for some new clothes.
You would then have achieved the same result...and you have a new wardrobe.

Plug in anything that has a plug and have or turn them on. Like a battery charger or hair blowdryer. You can have a PS2, xbox, or whatever system you have on. If you don't want your step dad to know that you're wasting electricity by playing games, have the system on and just turn the tv off. The games will still be on except the tv will be off, he won't even know that its on! though i have to say that this is not a nice thing to do!

Have you considered asking this of your Step father? DO you live with him, in HIS house? Do you LOVE HIS WIFE? DOES SHE LOVE your STEP father?
Why on Earth would you do something so against the natural laws, by wasting resources, no matter your design,,, Couldn't you face him and find other ways to aggravate him,,, or is face to face more than you can handle?
You claim you'll appreciate any suggestions, so I offered some thoughts. I'll offer one more.
If you were my step son, I'd politely invite you to seek lodging elsewhere initially. I might even help you pack and move, then totally dismiss you from recognizing that you even exist. Then if you Mother sided with you,,,I'd help her move in with you,,,and you could both deal with candle light, and heatless winters.

Turn on the electic dryer for the maximum minutes; you can also turn the oven up to its highest setting. As soon as your stepfather, who is providing the roof over your head, so that you can have lights, tv, and your computer realizes what you are up to -- will kick your sorry *** to the curb and let you pay your own electric bill. oooucchhh!

There is such a thing as a two pronged resister that you can plug in and it rolls that electric meter... Another way is of course.. the electric iron.. if you could leave it on someplace where it would not burn anything.. You are mean to your poor step dad...

that extra money is money that could otherwise be spent on you. im doing this with my kids now. but they dont know im mischievious and a true deviant. i can be very sinacle(even if i cant spell) muahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
ps they have also hidden my clothes, wasted things and broken household furniture and appliances as well. i dont know where they learned it. but as a single working dad, if all my time is spent repairing(resources) replacing and cleaning their messes what time does it leave for them? what about me? ive been out about 3 times in 4 yrs..
if you wanna irritate your step, try doing it his way, he'll be nutzz trying to figure out your angle. Just be happy your mom has someone more mature to share her life with, even if you dont share the feelings. be happy for her and run like hell when your 18. its a harder world than you think.
btw id bust your butt if you did that crap to me. but,
hint; hifi(stereo) battery charger, high load appliances and of course flicking flourescents on and off with a cycle timer.
