whats the best tune setting for the F1 cars in gran turismo 4?

I tried all types of settings,none seem to work too well on the nurburgring course

Nurburgring's the toughest track in the world so it's really difficult to get the right setting for every section. The best thing to do is tighten up the suspension, moderately lower the ride height,crank some negative camber into the front and rear, and get some downforce going that'll help with the cornering.
