Comprehensive = dealing with all aspects of the problem.

Part of the problem is slowing down or stopping the number of illegal immigrants who keep crossing the border.

Part of the problem is what to do with all the illegal or undocumented immigrants that are currently in the US.

Part of the poblem is what to do with companies and other people who employ undocumented workers or who support illegal immigrants.

They are speaking about the brouhaha that is our Mexican border. It is not very difficult to get citizenship if
You have no criminal records
You can speak English,(they have a naturalization test in Spanish any ways)
This is why illegals are coming, refusal to learn the language,(which is stupid), OR and this is unfortunate, many have criminal records, and due to socioeconomic stauts are again driven to more crime. We should just mandate command of the English Language, proficiency in our history, and that's all.
